Vicki has helped many reach their fitness goals from triathlons to losing weight and overall improving physical and mental health.

There is currently a waiting list for 1:1 or 2:1 training but do get in touch if you want to be added or if you have any other further queries or questions.

Bootcamp at Bernards Heath

Monday 6am, Tuesday 6.30pm, Thursday 6.30pm and Saturday 9.30am.

Fit with Vic bootcamps are loads of fun and extremely varied each session with boxing, circuits, team work. Also using loads of equipment including weights, ropes, kettle bells, bands and body weight exercises so there is something for everyone. Please get in touch to try a free session.

Online Classes

Online HIIT 45 min

Tuesday 06:30 a.m.

These sessions work for anyone who is short of time and needs a challenging
and effective workout for all abilities.

Online Total Body workout

Thursday 06:30 a.m.

These strength and conditioning classes have so many benefits. In the classes we use heavyweights, bands or core sliders but no equipment works just as well.

This is another short and brilliant class and a great start to any day.
